Technical difficulties at the Federal Aviation Administration Miami Center halted South Florida flights for an hour Monday afternoon and caused a ground stop in Orlando, delaying travelers internationally and throughout the country. The Federal Aviation Administration said the 'radar issue' that affected the Miami and Jacksonville control centers was resolved shortly after 3 p.m. Delays will continue as a result of the earlier issue, spokespeople for the Miami and Fort Lauderdale airports said.
