Brokers closed 926 condo sales in Broward in August, totaling $287 million, up from 859 sales totaling $269 million in July, MLS data from Redfin show. August sale prices ranged from $65,000 to $2.9 million, with a median price of $240,000. The price per square foot ranged from $59 to $1,136, with a median of $245 — higher than July's $234. In July, prices ranged from $54,000 to $4.6 million , with a median price of $241,000.
