Denison Yacht Sales, a brokerage that helps customers buy, sell and charter yachts, is a Fort Lauderdale company that can trace its roots back to 1948. But the family business has grown into a namesake company in the 'Yachting Capital of the World,' with locations in California, New York, Connecticut, Maryland, Florida and Monaco. t's not surprising, then, that in April, the company (also known as Denison Yachting) was acquired for an undisclosed amount by OneWater Marine (Nasdaq: ONEW). Founded in 2014, the Georgia-based company's mission is to purchase and operate marine-related businesses throughout North America.
