Florida's state nickname is "The Sunshine State" and unfortunately most of it will stay cloudy today. If you can spot some sunshine today across Florida, consider yourself one of the lucky ones. A stalled boundary is sitting across central and south Florida today, separating drier air to the north with muggy air to the south. This is completely common this time of the year, as advancing cold fronts in the Southeast bring relief from the humidity to places like Alabama, but these same fronts don't quite make it all the way through Florida.
