A potential development site along the South Fork of the New River in Fort Lauderdale sold for a combined $22 million in two deeds. Page 32 LLC, managed by Michael S. Whiddon and Gene A. Whiddon in Fort Lauderdale, along with the Angelyn S. Whiddon Revocable Trust, with Michael Whiddon as trustee, were the sellers. The 11.1-acre site at 1131 and 1151 S.W. 9th Ave. was purchased by New River Point LLC, managed by Denny St. Romain in Fort Lauderdale. Real estate data firm Vizzda confirmed the buyer and seller information.
